Beecham Business Park
Goold Estates acquired Beecham Business Park in June 2017. Beecham Business Park is situated approximately 5 miles north-east of Walsall and 7 miles south of Lichfield, being linked via the A461 trunk road, providing direct access to Junction 10 of the M6 motorway.
At the time of acquisition Beecham Business Park had 105,000 square feet of industrial and office space on a 6.5 acre site. Following completion, Goold Estates significantly upgraded the security system, refurbished and improved the communal and landscaped areas.
Goold Estates renewed, re-let or re-geared every unit on the Estate, refurbishing and improving the units as necessary throughout.
