Goold Estates acquired the estate in 2002. Since then the Property has been modernised and new offices and a warehouse extension have been added. In 2011, Block two also comprising several smaller units, was redeveloped to accommodate growing businesses requiring more space and was converted to three larger units, two with their own roller shutter access
