Hurst Business Park

Hurst Business Park is a the 44-acre premier site, situated close to the Merry Hill Shopping Centre.  It enjoys good communication with the UK motorway system and is at the centre of the extensive business and residential communities of Stourbridge, Brierley Hill, Dudley and Cradley Heath.

Goold Estates acquired land at Hurst Business Park in the early 1990s and subsequently built Units 19b and 24 in 1993 which were constructed to a particularly high standard.

Unit 19b is occupied by Sofa Connections Limited, manufacturers of high-quality sofas and chairs.

Unit 24 is occupied by Brandenburg who are a market leader in pest control technologies and have gained a reputation for developing cutting-edge technologies and products which are at the forefront of advanced scientific research.  Brandenburg have been in occupation of the unit since 1999.
