Lakeside Business Park is a substantial business park, totalling 84,129sq ft, with a variety of units ranging from 3,615 to 21,690 sq ft. The mixed-use estate provides modern units suitable for a variety of trade counter, leisure, storage and office uses.

The property was acquired after it was unsold auction and was 30% vacant when purchased in 2014.  The external parts were upgraded and refurbished and every unit was rented out or re-let.  The tower was sold to a private investor in 2017 and the remaining part sold to Ribston UK Industrial Property Limited in 2018.

Lakeside Business Park has approximately 280 car parking spaces and benefits from CCTV and LED estate lighting. The business park is located 2 miles south of Cannock Town Centre on Walkmill Lane, approximately 1.5 miles from junction 11 of the M6 motorway with nearby access to T7 of the M6 toll.
