Goold Estates wins Industrial Deal of the Year at Midlands PROPS Awards

Goold Estates has won Industrial Deal of the Year at the Midlands PROPS Awards 2026 for its
405,000 sq ft letting to Pallet-Track in Wolverhampton.

The deal, one of last year’s largest regional industrial lettings, stood out for the speed at which six
refurbished units were re-let at Waterways Business Park, Ettingshall. It also secured Pallet-Track’s new central hub, helping to retain jobs in the Black Country.

Dominic Goold, managing director of Goold Estates, said: “We’re incredibly proud to have won
Industrial Deal of the Year at this year’s PROPS Awards.

“We made a significant investment in upgrading Waterways Business Park, which enabled us to
deliver a solution that met Pallet-Track’s requirements. They have been great to work with, and
we’re pleased to have supported their continued growth in the region.”

The awards, held at The Grand Birmingham, celebrate the best of the region’s property sector,
with funds raised on the night donated to Variety, the Children’s Charity.
