Following the acquisition of Beecham Business Park in 2017, Goold Estates comprehensively redeveloped and remodelled every unit on the Estate including, a pre-let of a 9,142 sq ft unit on the front of the Estate for Dennis Eagle Limited, a world leader in the design and manufacture of refuse collection vehicles which was completed in March 2020.
