Development

Goold Estates have completed a variety of development projects, including: town centre regeneration, industrial new build, office refurbishment and industrial redevelopment.

New build schemes include Steel Park Trading Estate, a 70,000 sq ft speculative development on 4.5 acres, providing high specification industrial and warehouse units ranging from 8,925 to 21,450 sq ft.

As JV partner with St Modwen Plc, Goold Estates has regenerated Walsall town centre with the development of an ASDA, a multi storey car park, a mixed use retail and residential scheme, a £2.7m educational facility and 56,000 sq ft of high street retail.

Cookley Wharf Industrial Estate
The redevelopment of Cookley Wharf Industrial Estate to create ten modern industrial units.

Black Country House
Refurbishment of the historic offices of Accles & Pollock Limited to create Black Country House, a 36,000 sq ft multi-let office scheme just off the M5

Beecham Business Park
The redevelopment of each Unit on the Estate and a new 9,142 pre-let unit for Dennis Eagle Limited.
